Job Description

Provide day-to-day operational support to designated business leaders, including sales pipeline management, sales tracking, and opportunity hygiene activities.

Oversee daily operational processes such as negative WIP clearing, pipeline updates, timesheet follow-ups, close-to-market reporting, and support for project code creation.

Prepare and manage monthly business review reports covering sales performance, WIP/AR updates, landing point analysis, and other key performance indicators.

Deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to senior business leaders as required.

Partner with cross-functional teams—Revenue Management, Finance, Resource Scheduling, HR, and Client & Industries—to drive operational efficiency and alignment.

Support annual budgeting cycles and headcount planning activities.

Lead or contribute to special projects and operational improvement initiatives.
