Job Description

The Executive, Sales Administration, performs essential sales administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SPA and SOPs. This role supports the team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation and Compliance

  1. Prepare and process sales documents, ensuring alignment with SPA and SOP standards.
  2. Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  3. Customer Support
  4. Respond to inquiries from customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates.
  5. Assist customers in submitting bank loan applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and processed promptly to minimize delays.
  6. Ensure customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Operational Support

  1. Assist in the implementation of ERP/CRM tools and other digital solutions.
  2. Maintain organized records and generate reports as required.

Collaboration

  1. Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.


Job Requirements
