About the role:

This is a newly created role where you will be responsible of establishing successful relationships with clients, driving the growth of our AEG brand within your area of responsibility.

Location

Your area of responsibility will be Lombardia and Piemonte.
Ideally you are based in or nearby Milan.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in negotiations to define commercial policies with high-end customers, finding synergies and points of contact to be present to their retailers to keep AEG connected to premium kitchen brands.
  • Build relationships with key retailers, builders and distributors by conveying brand and commercial message.
  • Ensure that retailers are always informed and trained.
  • Create a network of architects in the respective area through contacts with retailers.
  • Organize training events.
  • Provide feedback proactively, understanding what each retailer/architect needs by cataloging requests to define new activities (by area-type-need).
  • Collecting and analyzing data on competition and reporting.

Who you are:
 

  • Solid experience in a similar role, being familiar with the Kitchen Retail channel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
