Role Overview
The Administrative Executive provides comprehensive support across office operations, documentation, coordination, and internal systems. This role is suited for someone who is structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, and who enjoys creating order, clarity, and efficient workflows in a growing startup environment.
Who You Are
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles</li>
<li>Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and basic Malaysian labour compliance</li>
<li>Experience handling payroll data, claims, reimbursements, and attendance summaries</li>
<li>Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin</li>
<li>Comfortable using digital tools and AI (Notion, ChatGPT, Google Workspace)</li>
<li>Proactive, independent, and able to anticipate operational needs</li>
<li>Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing startup environment</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and discreet when handling confidential information</li>
<li>Enjoys building structure, clarity, and efficient systems within a growing company</li>
</ul>
