Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Tasked with a diverse mix of both cold outreach and responding to warm leads via phone, emailing, social media, etc. ‘Warm’ is defined a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign.</li><li>Cultivates net new mid-sized and large prospects through outbound prospecting efforts (identify targets, prepare for prospecting, prospecting, handoff to sales).</li><li>Engages with mid-sized and large prospects and builds relationships with relevant roles (C-Level).</li><li>Assists sales counterpart by building pipeline, delivering qualifying leads and cultivating new prospects to enable them to achieve the company’s revenue objectives.</li><li>Achieves and exceeds daily, weekly, monthly scorecard metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals.</li><li>Coaches and mentors new BDRs.</li><li>Demonstrates leadership capabilities, strong business acumen, and ability to collaborate.
