At EU Vacations , we craft exceptional travel experiences — and it all begins with great service.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer who’s not only passionate about helping people but also keen to travel and lead tours overseas.
What You’ll Do:
- • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- • Assist with bookings, payments, and travel documentation
- • Provide accurate information on tour packages and services
- • Support customers before and during their trips
- • Lead overseas tours as a tour manager when required
- • Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- • Excellent communication and people skills
- • Positive, can-do attitude and service mindset
- • Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- • Willingness to travel and lead group tours
- • Customer service or travel experience is an advantage
- • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
