Why We're Hiring ・Hiring Founding Sales Members for our New Malaysia Office! ・Drive business growth in the local market and take a hands-on role in launching our operations from the ground up (0 to 1).
What you'll do ◼︎ Drive Sales for "ZUMEN" (Drawing Management SaaS) Lead New Business Development targeting local companies across Malaysia and Singapore. Execute Full Sales Cycle: from cold calling and lead generation to high-impact online demos. Field Sales in Manufacturing: Get on the ground to engage with factories and component manufacturers. 
◼︎ Customer Success &amp; Account Management Post-Sales Follow-up: Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for our clients. Drive Product Adoption: Actively help clients integrate "ZUMEN" into their daily workflows to maximize value. Relationship Building: Deepen long-term partnerships by identifying client pain points and delivering solutions. 
◼︎ Global Collaboration with Japan HQ Bridge the Gap: Sync with the Japan-based Overseas Sales Team and our 3 Malaysian colleagues through regular strategic meetings. Strategize &amp; Execute: Participate in shaping sales strategies and take ownership of local implementation. Operations &amp; Synergy: Work closely with the global team to optimize cross-border operations.
 Team Structure Japan HQ: Dedicated Global Team with 3 Malaysian members. Malaysia Office: 2 founding members on the ground.
 Career Path Rapid Advancement: Clear track from Sales → Mentor → Manager. Scope Expansion: Opportunities to pivot or expand into Event Management (Expo), Marketing, or Business Development. Core Leadership: Gain hands-on experience as a core member in building an overseas entity from scratch.
