What you'll do
◼︎ Drive Sales for "ZUMEN" (Drawing Management SaaS)
Lead New Business Development targeting local companies across Malaysia and Singapore.
Execute Full Sales Cycle: from cold calling and lead generation to high-impact online demos.
Field Sales in Manufacturing: Get on the ground to engage with factories and component manufacturers.
◼︎ Customer Success & Account Management
Post-Sales Follow-up: Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for our clients.
Drive Product Adoption: Actively help clients integrate "ZUMEN" into their daily workflows to maximize value.
Relationship Building: Deepen long-term partnerships by identifying client pain points and delivering solutions.
◼︎ Global Collaboration with Japan HQ
Bridge the Gap: Sync with the Japan-based Overseas Sales Team and our 3 Malaysian colleagues through regular strategic meetings.
Strategize & Execute: Participate in shaping sales strategies and take ownership of local implementation.
Operations & Synergy: Work closely with the global team to optimize cross-border operations.
