Founded in 2020, Fondest creates timeless and figure-friendly designs and locally manufactures its apparels. Fondest is expanding fast this 2022.
Our office is located in Petaling Jaya and a warehouse located at Port Klang.
What we are inspired by and aspire to do:
Fondest focuses on curating stunning figure-friendly apparels for every complex and beautiful woman’s body so you can go out there and conquer the world!
Love supporting locals? That’s what we’re all about! We believe in supporting our own community to grow further together. We locally produce our apparels and we’re extremely proud to say 70% are made by your local Malaysians. 
Besides that, we actively search for new ways to be better and kinder to the environment. We provide cute bags to avoid the use of ugly plastics.

THE TEAM

<ins>Responsibilities (including but not limited to):</ins>

<li>Develop and manage overall Brand marketing calendar and 360 marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Develop and manage all strategic sales marketing activations, including but not limited to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Advertising including but not limited to Digital</li>
<li>Strategic Sponsorships and Partnerships</li>
<li>Social Media activity</li>
<li>Content Strategy, including video</li>
<li>Key Blogger/Blogger insight and outreach</li>
<li>Brand events and activations</li>
</ul>
<li>Identify and execute innovative strategic partnerships that align with our brand and support campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Brainstorm and execute growth strategies and plans to grow annual revenues while retaining our current customers and expanding our customer base.</li>
<li>Ensure to maintain brand personality, brand voice and tone on all platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, creatives, product development and outsources: web developers etc. and ensure the plan stays the course, while being flexible to implement course corrections should the business change or plans fluctuate.</li>
<li>Leverage the creativity and marketing executives to build and execute innovative and disruptive marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Analyse data, new trends and insights and generate ideas on how to translate into ideas for the brand.</li>
<li>Develop measurement tools, establish KPI’s and benchmarks for measuring impact of marketing efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness. Report monthly results and key learnings.</li>
<li>Manage and allocate budgets for monthly creative and marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to Creative and Marketing executives: coaching, development and strategic/tactical direction; serve as a mentor, role-model and maintain brand culture.</li>
<li>Occasionally HR activities.</li>
