We work with government bodies, corporations, and universities to run digital mentoring programs that support workforce readiness, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our mentoring programs and platform. You’ll help ensure smooth user experiences, provide first-line customer support, and assist with tracking, reporting, and operational tasks across multiple departments. <br></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> 🛠 <strong>Operations </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the coordination and execution of mentoring programs, events, and internal processes</li>
<li>Help manage logistical arrangements, including mentor sessions, learning events, and digital workshops</li>
</ul>
<p>💬 <strong>Customer Servicing &amp; Community Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide first-line support to mentors and mentees on the platform (e.g. onboarding, troubleshooting, responding to inquiries)</li>
<li>Monitor and track 1-on-1 mentoring sessions and ensure fulfilment</li>
<li>Collect feedback and testimonials from users</li>
</ul>
<p>📊 <strong>Reporting &amp; Impact Tracking</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track weekly key metrics: mentor/mentee sign-ups, session fulfilment, and user engagement</li>
<li>Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams and clients</li>
<li>Help update internal dashboards and program trackers</li>
</ul>
