<li>Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.</li>
<li>Help with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records in SQL.</li>
<li>Support the team in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and filing financial documents, vouchers, and receipts.</li>
<li>Help with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support:
<ul>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing front desk duties.</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.</li>
<li>Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and booking travel.</li>
<li>Help organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.</li>
<li>Support in organizing company events or meetings.</li>
</ul>
