Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage operational tasks within the Claims department:</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls</li>
<li>Manage communication channels, including Emails and Chat</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries</li>
<li>Register claims</li>
<li>Resolve complaints</li>
<li>Ensure smooth customer service operations</li>
<li>Respond to customer questions by providing product information, submitting repair requests, and checking status, among other tasks.</li>
<li>Effectively manage daily call inquiries, including first-level escalations, with professionalism.</li>
<li>Respond to customer emails and written requests in accordance with company procedures within the designated turnaround time.</li>
<li>Maintain call quality and provide customer service support in compliance with SLA.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in managing customer inquiries via email communication.</li>
</ul>
