Job Description

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, HR files, and documentation.
  • Support in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
  • Help prepare simple HR documents such as interview schedules, attendance records, and staff lists.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Handle general HR-related communications including emails and memos.
  • Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
