<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>⁠  ⁠Assist in data entry of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and general ledger transactions</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Manage accounts payable and receivable</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Prepare bank reconciliation and assist with monthly closing activities</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documents</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Support audit processes by preparing required documentation</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Handle petty cash and employee claims processing</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Liaise with suppliers, customers, and banks for finance-related matters</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence</li>
<li>⁠  ⁠Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks and reports</li>
