Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct telephonic or personal interviews and share reports with Business Units.</li>
<li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs.</li>
<li>Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.</li>
<li>Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR information system.</li>
<li>Work closely with various business partners to meet recruitment needs.</li>
<li>Advise business partners on market conditions and negotiate realistic expectations to close open positions.</li>
<li>Work with dynamic team members in a fast-moving environment.</li>
<li>Complete day-to-day tasks within normal work hours, with occasional extended hours as needed.</li>
