Job Description

Hiredly X is looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Team Lead/ Manager to build and lead a high-performing 360 recruitment team. This role combines business development, client management, and leadership responsibilities — ideal for someone with a strong background in agency recruitment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Build and lead a team of 360 recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to drive team success. 
  • Lead business development activities to grow the agency’s client base and secure new job orders. 
  • Promote Hiredly X’s recruitment services and clearly communicate our unique selling points to potential clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers through networking, outreach, and meetings.
  • Understand client businesses, hiring needs, and company cultures to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate service contracts with new clients and ensure smooth handover to the recruitment (delivery) team.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing clients with industry insights, salary benchmarks, and talent trends. 
  • Monitor business development performance, track market trends, and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
     

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a managerial/leadership role, preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Senior Recruitment Consultants who are ready to take on a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the recruitment industry OR 360 recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including knowledge of various recruitment methods, trends, and best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
