<li>Recruit, train, and develop managers, area managers, and outlet crew to create a cohesive and efficient workforce.</li>
<li>Establish a training academy and implement ongoing training initiatives.</li>
<li>Set up incentive structures, reporting lines, and processes to reward performance.</li>
<li>Address underperformance promptly to maintain a high standard of operations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Profitability &amp; Financial Management:</strong></p>
