• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to support
academic and research initiatives.
• Coordinate alumni engagement programs including reunions, newsletters, and
networking events.
• Design and implement fundraising campaigns targeting alumni, corporate sponsors, and
philanthropic organizations.
• Manage donor relations and ensure timely communication and recognition of
contributions.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align industry needs with curriculum
development.
• Organize career fairs, industry talks, and internship placements in collaboration with
corporate partners.
• Maintain an updated alumni database and track engagement metrics.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential donors and sponsors.
• Monitor and report on fundraising performance and alumni engagement outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in fundraising and data
management.
• Support accreditation processes by providing evidence of industry and alumni
collaboration.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote alumni success
stories and fundraising initiatives.
• Facilitate mentorship programs connecting alumni with current students.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for alumni and fundraising activities.
• Represent the institution at external events and meetings with industry and alumni
groups.
