Job Description

  •  Oversees all aspects of Design, Fit out and Maintenance Operations.
  •  Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to the team member.
  •  Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and contractors and planning the project release.
  •  Ensure that all outlet development projects are performed within the set budget, timeframe and quality standards.
  •  Excellent in managing, coordinating and supervising ID works from 3rd party designers.
  •  Leads the ideation of outlet design from concept to detailed design stage.
  •  In-touch with the latest ID trends, latest materials and specifications.
  •  Have knowledge and skills in interior design such as drawing layout plan, 3D sketches, materials used and the reasoning, detail drawings and other tasks as instructed by superior.
  •  Liaise with mall management, authorities, franchisee and relevant parties to resolve any problems that may arise during outlet renovation.
  •  Working with other departments to ensure the outlet opening on time.
  •  Develops goals, establishes priorities, and directs the work of the staff and equipment maintenance operation.
  •  Develop and lead team members to deliver a strategy to improve the standard of preventive maintenance.
  •  To lead & guide subordinates to perform their duty effectively.
  •  Responsible for paperwork such as progress reports, letters, project documentation, etc.
  •  Responsible for the review and approval of processed invoices associated with outlet development and maintenance expenditure.
  •  Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Board members.

Job Requirements

  •  At least a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or equivalent
  •  At least 8 years or above in outlet startups.
  •  Experience in setting up a new outlet.
  •  Familiar with equipment & machinery related to the F&B industry.
  •  Must be from the F&B industry with relevant experience.
  •  Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.
  •  Able to work in a challenging environment, positive and energetic.
  •  Able to travel domestically and overseas.
  •  Demonstrate strong leadership organizing and communication skills.
