<li>Responsible to source and purchase approved good and services from both local and oversea vendors.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Advice internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms &amp; conditions.</li>
<li>In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up</li>
<li>Purchase Orders delivery or shipment schedules.</li>
<li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Handle and verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory.</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining inventory levels.</li>
<li>Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit compliance.</li>
<li>To lead of participation in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors from time-to-time.</li>
