Job Description

• Responsible to source and purchase approved good and services from both local and oversea vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Advice internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up
• Purchase Orders delivery or shipment schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle and verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining inventory levels.
• Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit compliance.
• To lead of participation in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors from time-to-time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or arelated field.
• Proven work experience in procurement or purchasing role, preferably in IT industry.
• Candidate with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills is preferable.
• Experience in IT hardware or office supplies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with international sourcing and import/export regulations.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
