The business partners closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and carpenters, delivering innovative finishing solutions and driving rapid growth in the market.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with proven sales experience and strong leadership qualities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, a solid track record in sales, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team while building long-term relationships with clients across the design and construction sectors.

  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and carpenters.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Conduct confident product presentations and provide consultative solutions to clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and pipeline management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
  • Provide technical and product support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and order fulfilment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in laminates, veneer, interior finishing, or building materials.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is highly preferred.
  • Strong connections within the architecture, interior design, or construction sectors are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident presence.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel for client visits and site meetings.
