Job Description
Are you passionate about green living and sustainable design? Join HISTRONG as a Business Development Executive and be at the forefront of Malaysia’s eco interior movement.
You’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence and introducing our eco-conscious ceiling solutions to new clients — including interior designers, architects, QS firms, contractors, hardware shops, and homeowners. If you love building meaningful client relationships and are excited to contribute to a healthier built environment, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and develop new business leads across key industry segments.
- Conduct presentations and consultations with potential clients.
- Educate customers on green interior solutions, especially our PVC Soffit Ceiling system.
- Support campaigns, showroom sample placement, and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor trends and competitor movements to stay ahead in the market.
Location
We are hiring across multiple regions in Malaysia:
- Penang, Kedah & Perlis
- Perak
- Klang Valley
- Melaka & Negeri Sembilan
- Johor
- Pahang
- Kelantan & Terengganu
Remuneration Package (RM4,500-9,000 monthly)
- Basic Salary
- KPI-Based Allowance
- Commission (Performance Incentives)
- EPF & SOCSO Contributions
