Our Vision

<li>Responsible for full set of accounts</li>
<li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and reconciliation</li>
<li>Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation</li>
<li>Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order</li>
<li>Prepare monthly statement claims, GST and related bills</li>
<li>Liaise with auditor and tax agent</li>
<li>Banking matters - cheque deposits, cash</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time</li>
<li>Prepare Logistics related job functions such as process import/export shipping documentation, transportation, storage, distribution and handling</li>
<li>Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties</li>
</ul>
