The Principal Sales Manager reporting to the Navy Customer Business Team manages all aspects of pipeline development for the team in conjunction with the existing Customer Business Managers (CBM). This role has responsibility for achieving aggressive annual sales, profit, and growth goals by selling Honeywell products, services, and capabilities. You will be responsible for managing a distinct set of strategic customers, long term exclusive agreements, setting short- and long-term growth strategies and identifying and qualifying new potential customers for the vast portfolio of Honeywell Aerospace product.&nbsp; By working with a large number of customers, you will develop product roadmaps and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction, margin, and sales performance. You will own and direct all relational aspects of Navy and Marine Corps goals of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for orders and margin along with coordinating with all functions of the Honeywell value chain. &nbsp;You will establish and maintain a relationship with the customer base and perform the requirements of a Honeywell Business Manager in execution of yearly targets for our Navy and Marine Corps Customers.&nbsp; You will engage with customers, translate customer requirements into Honeywell specifications, develop customer roadmaps and develop future pipelines for assigned customers.&nbsp; Key requirements are: <ul> <li>Communicates with multiple Prime and Government customers and their leadership on a regular basis to define and influence business requirements.</li> <li>Understands the competitive environment and identifies and recommends potential channel partners to facilitate growth.</li> <li>Drive revenue through working tactically and strategically within Honeywell with our Integrated Supply Chain, Product Lines, Business Development and L&amp;C.</li> <li>Implements &amp; sustains technical support self-service solutions, and order management digital solutions for improved efficiency.</li> <li>Drives customer digital adoption and conducts channel partner user forums for incorporation into Honeywell digital roadmap (MyAerospace, Direct Access).</li> <li>Delivers business financial results, revenue, orders, margin and wins.</li> <li>Supports Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and attainment.</li> <li>Identifies and implements productivity and process improvements to continuously improve business performance and profitability.</li> <li>Approximately 25% travel required.</li> </ul> U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development or business management.</li> <li>S.
