We are seeking a responsible and experienced Human Resource (HR Executive) to join our team in the construction, renovation, and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding</li>
<li>Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters</li>
<li>Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and official letters</li>
<li>Handle payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions</li>
<li>Manage disciplinary actions such as warning letters, show cause notices, and domestic inquiries</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between management and site employees</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour laws</li>
<li>Manage site workers and foreign workers (permits, passports, levy), if applicable</li>
<li>Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee KPIs</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and updates for management as required.</li>
</ul>
