About Us

<p><strong>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Support personnel, based in Seremban and Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional technical support services, resolving software-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. </strong></p>

<li>&nbsp;Handle software-related requests for assistance (problems)</li>
<li>Takes and manages requests that come in by phone, email or through the support ticketing</li>
<li>Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems</li>
<li>Analyze software related issues and propose solutions</li>
<li>Fix software problems and test (verify) solutions prior to implementing them</li>
<li>Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement</li>
<li>Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
