Job Overview We are looking for motivated Human Resource Executive(s) to assist the HRM in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation &amp; benefits, employee welfare, training &amp; development, industrial relations, and office administration. The role involves supporting HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the smooth operation of daily HR and office activities.

We are expanding our team and have Two (2) openings for this role. Candidates must be willing to work from our Penang Island office.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, legal documents, and personnel files confidentially and efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure statutory filing deadlines and compliance requirements are met.</li>
<li>Assist in full spectrum HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, training &amp; development, and industrial relations.</li>
<li>Process staff claims and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary payments.</li>
<li>Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and related duties as required.</li>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day office administration operations.</li>
</ul>
