Main Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Support Specialist to manage and address client inquiries related to our company’s proprietary accounting software. The new hire will be expected to take a proactive approach, remaining vigilant and responsive to ensure the continued progress and success of our company's operations.
Key duties include:

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing support requests and system-related inquiries via calls and email.</li>
<li>Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct accurate and appropriate system configurations to resolve software-related issues.</li>
<li>Utilize remote access to troubleshoot and resolve software issues on customer workstations or servers.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for meeting individual KPIs, contributing to team objectives, and adhering to established procedures.</li>
<li>Perform data migration tasks and provide product training to end users, as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions to support business requirements.</li>
