<li>&nbsp;Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Partnering with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist to complete onboarding and offboarding procedure.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Draft company forms, enforce and coordinates all company’s human resources activities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensures that processes and procedures are following company policies and regulations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Administer and manage employee performance, events and benefits programs, including health insurance, employee rewards, festival celebration, office decoration and other perks.&nbsp;</li>
