The Job: 
a. Strategic HR Advisory
<ul>
<li>Advise the CEO on workforce planning, employee exits, restructuring, and company growth strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure business decisions align with employment laws and minimize risks.</li>
<li>Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s long-term goals. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
b. Payroll &amp; Compensation
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and oversee payroll operations in other countries.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate salary calculations, statutory contributions and tax compliance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with external payroll vendors and local HR teams to ensure smooth payroll processing in regional markets.</li>
<li>Work with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement across all locations.</li>
<li>Stay updated on payroll legislation changes and ensure compliance in all operating regions. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
c. Talent &amp; Culture Development
<ul>
<li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and implement leadership development and performance management programs.</li>
<li>Enhance employee experience through learning &amp; development initiatives and well-being programs. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
d. Talent Acquisition, HR Operations &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating regions.</li>
<li>Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
e. Employee Relations &amp; Workplace Culture
<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted HR advisor, handling employee concerns professionally.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.</li>
<li>Ensure fair and legally compliant employee exits, including payroll finalization.</li>
</ul>
