As our business expands, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other platforms.</li>
<li>Monitor, follow up, and resolve issues related to late, abnormal, or cancelled orders.</li>
<li>Handle return and refund requests efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.</li>
<li>Coordinate with logistics partners for return parcels and delivery-related concerns.</li>
<li>Manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings with a focus on continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Support the submission of claims, appeals, and basic reporting tasks (e.g., damaged goods, Shopee claims).</li>
<li>Recheck outstanding issues such as late shipments and prepare monthly logistic return records.</li>
</ul>
Working Hours:
<ul>
<li>5.5 working days per week, based on scheduled shifts.</li>
<li>Shift options: 8:00am–5:00pm or 1:00pm–10:00pm.</li>
<li>Work-from-home allowed after 5:00pm to support flexibility.&nbsp;</li>
