We are looking for a detail-oriented talent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient (basic level) in accounting knowledge and administrative skills.
This is how your role will look like: 
Accounting: 
<ul>
<li>Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and maintain accurate financial records </li>
<li>Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and claims processing </li>
</ul>
Administration: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate office operations, supplies and basic HR support </li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events and meetings </li>
<li>Office Upkeep &amp; Maintenance including liaison with facilities and contactors on any issues </li>
</ul>
Skills required:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge in Autocount accounting software and MS Office  </li>
<li>Attention to detail, strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively   </li>
<li>Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills  </li>
<li>Flexibility in handling changes in tasks or procedures </li>
</ul>
