Job Description

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive – Business Development & Dealer Relations to expand our business network and strengthen relationships with dealers and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing dealer performance, and ensuring long-term strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives. 

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure continuous engagement and support.
  • Monitor dealer performance, sales trends, and market feedback to improve business effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Handle dealer issues, complaints, and negotiations professionally to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, dealer management, or channel management.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing dealer or partner networks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for dealer visits and business meetings when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution industries will be an added advantage.
