The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring day-to-day HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws. This role supports recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. 
<h3>Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills &amp; Competencies</h3>
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li>
</ul>
