🚀 The Opportunity We're looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy individual to keep our ecommerce engine running smoothly. You're not just an "admin" — you're the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from checkout to delivery.

Job Requirements

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Kuching warehouse and office.

📦 On-Site (Warehouse & Office – Kuching)
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders daily
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
• Liaise with other warehouse partners on orders fulfillment 
• Stock checks and inventory organisation
• Manage the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
• Drop off parcels after packing (car + driving license required)
• Manage data, dashboards, and reporting
• Monitor and plan fulfillment operations

What We're Looking For
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (dashboards, formulas, pivot tables)
✅ Strong attention to detail — especially for order accuracy and data entry
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Prior ecommerce or admin experience is a plus (not required)
✅ Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
✅ Proactive in improving processes, not just following SOP|

Nice to Have
⭐ Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
⭐ Experience with order management or fulfilment tools
⭐ Basic knowledge of inventory tracking
