<p>We are on the lookout for a meticulous, passionate, and resourceful individual to support our HR &amp; Administration team. <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<li>Employee Experience &amp; Business Support&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training programmes etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with the upkeep of office facilities by coordinating with building management and service providers for repairs and maintenance, under supervision.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with Office Runner/ Dispatch Staff to manage the daily administrative schedules, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of documents and equipment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Employee Data &amp; Information Management&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Employee Inbound &amp; Outbound Journey&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return.</li>
</ul>
<p>4. Recruitment&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Administer our in-house recruitment portal.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the hiring process by coordinating in-house assessments and interviews.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
