<ul>
<li>To provide support to Sales and Marketing Department and liaise with bankers on purchasers’ loan application status when required.</li>
<li>To issue instruction for SPA signing and ensure all SPA and sales documentation are duly and promptly executed, completed, and recorded.</li>
<li>Attend correspondence from purchasers, bankers, government department and lawyers pertaining to sales and loan documentation.</li>
<li>Responsible for timely issuance of progress billings, official receipts, late payment interest, reminders, letter of undertaking, notice of termination and etc. in accordance with terms and condition of SPA.</li>
<li>Responsible for all matters relating to redemption and collection of progress payments.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date ageing report and preparing weekly and monthly collection forecast report.</li>
<li>Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate customer record on database system and appropriate filing documentation and address reconciliation issues.</li>
<li>Attending to sub-sale, refinancing documentation, and perfection of transfer</li>
<li>Responsible for issuance of notice of vacant possession, billing, and maintenance charges.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.</li>
