Key Responsibilities:
Sales &amp; Marketing
<ul>
<li>Promote the company’s property projects through online and offline channels.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide follow-up communication.</li>
<li>Prepare and update marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.</li>
<li>Coordinate and participate in property launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.</li>
<li>Assist in market research and competitor analysis.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions (CRM).</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain sales files, booking forms, SPA documents, and loan application paperwork.</li>
<li>Liaise with solicitors, bankers, and government agencies for documentation and project-related matters.</li>
<li>Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and marketing activity summaries.</li>
<li>Assist in general office administration tasks such as document filing, purchasing, and office coordination.</li>
<li>Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments, agreements, and handover processes.</li>
</ul>
