KOLHUB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting &amp; Administration Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, internal controls, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, creative industry environment.

<h4>Accounting &amp; Finance</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.</li>
<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign income and expense flow, including KOL payment tracking and invoicing.</li>
<li>Handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions, and staff claims.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of SST, CP204, annual returns, and other statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis reports.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records for client POs, vendor quotations, and supplier payments.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Administrative &amp; Operations</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage administrative SOPs, company licensing, tenancy agreements, insurance, and fixed assets.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation filing systems (both digital and physical).</li>
<li>Oversee HR admin support: employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation.</li>
<li>Liaise with landlord, service providers, government bodies, and banks.</li>
<li>Support office operation needs, including procurement and IT support coordination.</li>
