It's Not Where You Go, It's Who you Travel With

First thing you need to know - we've got 2 Miniature Schnauzer dogs in the office. We're cool that way. 
Do you love travelling? .. Well, great! But we'll be honest, that alone, is NOT enough for this job. Coz let's face it, everyone loves to travel. However, if you think you'd love to CONCEPTUALISE and PLAN and DESIGN Travels and Events, in various destinations around the world, then we definitely wanna speak with you! We're not gonna kid you - The work is demanding. And you're gonna have to deal with partners in various time zones across the globe. Not to mention striving real hard on exceeding the Client's needs and expectations. And there's loads of researching and planning! And doing all of these and your best around a given Budget! It's not easy!! But hey, it's also damn satisfying and fulfilling. And did we mention we travel the world too? Wherever we go, we'll bring the fun element into our work, as we travel with our Clients and their guests, exploring new destinations, cultures, food and kick-ass activities! Know this - we're all about working together closely, as a TEAM. It's the underlying core reason for our success and seamless executions in our travels and events. Sounds good? Will Work for Travel and Coffee Too!

We're NOT looking for people who loves to travel (everyone loves that!). 
We're looking for individuals who loves RESEARCHING and PLANNING and ORGANISING travels and events! 
The job entails Complete Travel and Events Management from Research, Design, Planning and Proposal stages to On-Site Execution of travel and event plans. 
You'll need to :
<ol>
<li>Develop relationships, procure and secure International Corporate Travel Events with prospective and existing Corporate Clients. </li>
<li>Be creative in ideas conceptualization for events. </li>
<li>Manage client’s budget whilst being able to design creative proposal. </li>
<li>Be involved in detailed planning, organizing and executing of events. </li>
<li>Correspond and communicate with International Vendors / Partners / Suppliers / Operators on all event matters. </li>
<li>Manage payments, invoices and reports for every project. </li>
<li>Be flexible and reliable in managing last minute travel issues and requests. </li>
</ol>
