The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Identification and Engagement: - Research and identify high-potential brands across various categories that align with Lazada’s goals. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective brands for onboarding. 2. Onboarding and Account Setup: - Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Lazada’s platform. - Collaborate with internal teams to support account setup, content creation, and catalog management. 3. Relationship Management: - Establish strong relationships with new brand partners to ensure a positive experience. - Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase. 4. Strategic Planning: - Work closely with Category Stakeholders to align acquisition strategies with business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand acquisition. 5. Performance Tracking: - Monitor the performance of newly onboarded brands, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth. - Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition metrics and outcomes.
