Job Description

We welcome FRESH GRADS to join us for a journey of hands-on training and a clear, fast-track path to promotion.

We empower women to lead! We are looking for a motivated female fresh grad to join our team and grow with us.

1. Customer Enquiry Management

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and appointment support.
  • Understand customer needs and direct them to the correct department when needed.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and high service level.

2. Reporting & Data Tracking

  • Compile and prepare monthly customer service performance reports.
  • Track response time, enquiry type, conversion rate, and customer feedback.
  • Highlight customer insights, common issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions.

3. Customer Experience Support

  • Ensure customer inquiries are followed up promptly until resolved.
  • Identify frequently asked questions and suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency.
  • Support after-sales communication, warranty checks, and service updates.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and management to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Flag urgent issues or customer complaints to relevant teams.
  • Support marketing with insights from customer conversations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and customer-first approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin/Cantonese, and Malay (written & spoken).
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
