<li>Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who align with the company’s values and strategic goals.</li>
<li>Employee Onboarding &amp; Orientation: Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that includes orientation sessions, documentation handling, system access setup, and cultural integration. Ensure new hires understand their roles and responsibilities.</li>
<li>HR Policy Development &amp; Implementation: Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with Malaysian labor laws and industry best practices. Ensure consistent application across departments.</li>
<li>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration: Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements. Administer employee benefits and ensure timely statutory submissions.</li>
<li>Performance Management &amp; Appraisal Systems: Implement and oversee performance evaluation frameworks. Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and developing performance improvement plans.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Development Coordination: Conduct training needs analysis and organize relevant learning programs. Track training effectiveness and maintain records to support employee development.</li>
<li>Employee Relations &amp; Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in workplace disputes and grievances. Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.</li>
<li>Legal Compliance &amp; Industrial Relations: Ensure all HR activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations standards. Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with legal counsel when needed.</li>
<li>HRIS ( Human Resources Information System ) &amp; Data Management: Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accurate employee data. Generate reports for management and ensure data security.</li>
<li>Leave &amp; Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance and leave balances. Address absenteeism and ensure compliance with statutory and company leave policies.</li>
<li>Exit Management &amp; Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, final payroll settlements, and feedback collection.</li>
<li>Workforce Planning &amp; Organizational Development: Assist in strategic workforce planning and support organizational development initiatives such as restructuring and succession planning.</li>
<li>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building: Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition events.</li>
<li>HR Analytics &amp; Strategic Reporting: Compile and analyze HR metrics. Present insights and recommendations to senior management.</li>
<li>Internal Communication &amp; Staff Relations: Facilitate effective communication through newsletters, announcements, and meetings. Encourage feedback to improve practices.</li>
<li>Health, Safety &amp; Wellness Compliance: Collaborate with safety officers to ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. Promote employee wellness.</li>
<li>Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI): Promote inclusive hiring practices and support programs that foster diversity and equity.</li>
<li>Vendor &amp; External Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external service providers and government bodies. Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.</li>
<li>HR Budgeting &amp; Cost Optimization: Assist in preparing the HR department’s budget. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Support for Accreditation &amp; Institutional Audits: Provide HR documentation and support for academic accreditation bodies and external quality assurance reviews.</li>
