Job Description

本职位为律师楼老板提供全面的私人助理支持,涵盖日常生活管理、资产(如房产)协助、以及公司事务协调。
The role provides comprehensive personal assistant support to the principal of a law firm, including daily life management, property/asset assistance, and coordination of business matters.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 日常生活支持 / Personal Support

  • 安排个人行程、机票酒店预订、各类预约
    Organize personal travel, accommodation, and appointments
     
  • 协助日常开支、账单管理及生活服务采购
    Assist with bill payments, expense tracking, and personal errands
     
  • 协调家庭服务提供者,如司机、维修工人
    Liaise with household staff such as drivers, or service providers
     

2. 资产与产业事务 / Property & Asset Coordination

  • 跟进租金到账情况,与租户、中介及物业保持沟通
    Monitor rental payments and communicate with tenants/agents/property managers
     
  • 协助整理房产文件、合同及简单财务记录
    Maintain property files, lease agreements, and financial logs
     
  • 协调房产维修与更新,如租赁续签、保险、税务
    Coordinate property maintenance, renewals, insurance, and taxes
     

3. 公司与法律相关对接 / Business & Legal Liaison

  • 协助雇主对接律所员工、客户及合作单位
    Support the employer in communicating with law firm staff, clients, and external parties
     
  • 安排会议、准备资料、记录纪要
    Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting notes

Job Requirements

  年龄要求:35岁以下
Age Requirement: Under 35 years old 

教育与经验 / Education & Experience

  • 本科及以上学历,优先考虑行政、商务或法律专业背景
    Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred fields include administration, business, or law
     
  • 至少两年私人助理、执行助理或行政办公室相关工作经验
    At least 2 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant or in office administration
     

技能与能力 / Skills & Abilities

  • 能够流利地使用中文、英文和马来文进行沟通和书写
    Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Malay for both verbal and written communication
     
  • 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office、Excel 和 PowerPoint,能够整理数据表和制作演示文稿
    Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, able to create spreadsheets and deliver presentations
     
  • 卓越的组织能力与多任务处理能力,具备前瞻性思维
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach
     
  • 必须持有有效的马来西亚驾照,并能进行工作相关的自驾出差
    Required to possess a valid Malaysian driver's license and capable of driving for work-related travel

    Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Xiaohongshu) is a plus
     
  • 有房产、法律流程或基础财务知识背景者优先
    Knowledge of property, legal, or basic finance is advantageous
