<h4>1. 日常生活支持 / Personal Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>安排个人行程、机票酒店预订、各类预约<br> Organize personal travel, accommodation, and appointments<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>协助日常开支、账单管理及生活服务采购<br> Assist with bill payments, expense tracking, and personal errands<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>协调家庭服务提供者，如司机、维修工人<br> Liaise with household staff such as drivers, or service providers<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. 资产与产业事务 / Property &amp; Asset Coordination</h4>
<ul>
<li>跟进租金到账情况，与租户、中介及物业保持沟通<br> Monitor rental payments and communicate with tenants/agents/property managers<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>协助整理房产文件、合同及简单财务记录<br> Maintain property files, lease agreements, and financial logs<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>协调房产维修与更新，如租赁续签、保险、税务<br> Coordinate property maintenance, renewals, insurance, and taxes<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. 公司与法律相关对接 / Business &amp; Legal Liaison</h4>
<ul>
<li>协助雇主对接律所员工、客户及合作单位<br> Support the employer in communicating with law firm staff, clients, and external parties<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>安排会议、准备资料、记录纪要<br> Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting notes<br></li>
</ul>
