The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

HR Strategy

<li>Collaborate and partner with the leadership team on formulating people strategy, providing HR solutions and initiatives that are aligned with the corporate objectives and based on priority.&nbsp;</li>

Organisation Development&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Positively impact employees by cultivating a highly integrity culture and performance-driven working ethics, to achieve the employees' satisfaction and healthy corporate / environment culture&nbsp;</li>

<li>Facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns. Investigate allegations of employee’s misconduct and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance processes</li>

<li>Overseas the daily workflow of the HR and Administrative department</li>
<li>Develop, update and review all HR policies, procedures and strategic HR initiatives from conceptualisation to implementation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare management reports on activity, budget and other ad hoc projects to the management</li>
<li>Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees</li>
<li>Maintain and constant updates on local employment laws and regulations compliance. Recommend best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance</li>
<li>Attend to internal and external audit meetings and queries</li>
<li>Handle all workforce communications relating to HR Policy and Employee Handbook</li>
<li>Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager</li>
</ul>
