HR Strategy

Organisation Development&nbsp;

<li>Analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business</li>

<li>Prepare management reports on activity, budget and other ad hoc projects to the management</li>
<li>Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees</li>
<li>Maintain and constant updates on local employment laws and regulations compliance. Recommend best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance</li>
<li>Attend to internal and external audit meetings and queries</li>
<li>Handle all workforce communications relating to HR Policy and Employee Handbook</li>
<li>Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager</li>
