In this role, you will coach, advise, and support people managers on People &amp; Culture initiatives. With opportunities for region-wide project involvement, you will be a member of the Asia People function team, whereby you will get to collaborate with Asia and Global People Experience teams (HR Center of Excellence) across the MMC businesses.We will count on you to:<ul><li>Lead and implement People &amp; Culture initiatives that are aligned with business strategies and regional People objectives.
