Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing supply chain strategies in line with departmental goals.
• Support data collection and analysis for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Help monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Assist in supplier coordination, including follow-ups on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Participate in logistics and distribution planning to ensure timely deliveries.
• Help prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to supply chain performance.
• Learn and use ERP or inventory systems under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Sales, and Operations.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory, procurement, and logistics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months (e.g., 1 August – 31 October 2025).
