Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Principal Accountabilities:
  • Lead the review and negotiation of contracts to secure favourable terms and mitigate risks for Maxis.
  • Oversee post-contract management activities, ensuring adherence to deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement for optimal outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage claims, liabilities, and risks in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure overall contract compliance, including monitoring changes in legislation and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert contractual advice, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the evolution of contract and vendor management practices by leveraging technology and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and reporting to support decision-making and maintain a healthy relationship with internal stakeholders.
