The aim is to ensure these programs are competitive, fair, and effectively drive employee engagement and high-performance organisation.Key AccountabilitiesPerformance Management:<ul><li>Support the end-to-end performance review cycle, including system setup, troubleshooting, communication, training, and providing guidance to stakeholders.</li><li>Responsible for developing and tracking goal-setting processes.</li><li>Prepare materials and data for performance calibration sessions.</li><li>Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process.</li><li>Support and lead performance case management activities.</li><li>Understand and build case study based on the market information / case for internal education.</li><li>Develop case studies based on market information and specific cases for internal education.</li><li>Maintain and ensure the integrity of performance data.</li><li>Develop and update performance management guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.</li><li>Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding performance processes and policies.</li><li>Review and develop performance-related policies and guidelines.</li></ul>Rewards &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Administer and analyze employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave policies, wellness programs).</li><li>Support benefits enrollment periods and related communications.</li><li>Assist with job evaluation and grading processes.</li><li>Prepare reports and analyses on rewards and benefits data.</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to performance and rewards.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.</li><li>Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.</li><li>Participate in HR projects related to performance, compensation, and benefits.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in performance management and rewards.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with legal aspects of HR and a basic understanding of rewards principles is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
