This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of HR principles, and the ability to work independently on complex issues. The Senior Specialist ensures that our total rewards and performance systems are competitive, equitable, compliant, and effectively drive employee engagement, high-performance culture and organizational success.Total Rewards:<ul><li>Contribute to the development, review, and execution of the total rewards strategy and programs (covering compensation, benefits, insurance, recognition, and wellness).</li><li>Manage budgeting and forecasting for monthly employee resource costs, including Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan.</li><li>Lead and manage the annual salary review design and process, including conducting market analysis, assessing internal equity, and developing recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.</li><li>Lead, manage the administration of incentive programs, such as performance bonuses design and proposal, Long-Term Incentive Plans, and sales incentive plans.</li><li>Oversee incentive payouts, collaborating with stakeholders and planning units to ensure alignment with program principles and details.</li><li>Conduct complex job evaluations, market research, and compensation benchmarking to determine competitive compensation levels and structures.</li><li>Provide expert guidance, advice, and support to managers and employees on total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Payroll, People Services, Business) to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee cost allocation and reporting.</li><li>Partner closely with HRIT to ensure the smooth execution and system support for rewards and performance activities.</li><li>Review, develop, update, and maintain total rewards and performance policies, ensuring alignment with current business needs and relevant employment legislation.</li><li>Lead and manage internal and external audits.</li><li>Prepare and analyze annual and ad-hoc reports on employee costs and total rewards data for management and compliance purposes.</li></ul>Performance Management:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, mid-year check-ins, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), audits.</li><li>Drive enhancements to the performance management process and related systems.</li><li>Develop and update performance management policies, guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.</li><li>Deliver training and workshops on performance management topics.</li><li>Manage system configuration and setup for performance management processes.</li><li>Provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and managers on performance discussions and outcomes.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert, responding to complex employee and manager inquiries and issues regarding performance processes and policies.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards and Performance Management.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail, high spirit in welcoming change.</li><li>Strong project and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
