You are expected to contribute to building a strong pipeline of future talent and help ensure a positive experience for interns and graduates.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Support execution of internship, graduate, and scholarship programme activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in screening, coordinating interviews, scheduling sessions, and candidate communications.&nbsp;</li><li>Help prepare materials and logistics for campus engagements, career fairs, or on-campus activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and induction sessions.</li><li>Maintain candidate records, databases, and programme documentation. Support engagement activities and events.</li><li>Liaise with universities and student groups.</li><li>Prepare simple reports on programme outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Young Talent Specialist and HR team members to ensure smooth delivery of programme milestones.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies.</li></ul>What do you need to have to fit this role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia</li><li>Come with 0–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, university engagement, or related fields; internship or student leadership experience is welcome</li><li>Intermediate communication (verbal &amp; written), organisation skills, attention to detail, and data entry</li><li>Beginner-level event coordination, teamwork, and relationship building</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
